Boasting nearly 30 years of experience in the legal industry, Kip is a distinguished business owner and lawyer well-versed in Law and Legal Regulation, Operations Management, Information Systems, Finance, Marketing, and Strategic Planning. Beginning as a law clerk with his firm, Milsap & Singer, Kip mastered the aspects of Legal Practice and Law Office Management. Together with his partners, the law firm from ten employees to over 122, developing from a purely analog case management approach to a gully integrated network and operations infrastructure. His collaborative leadership successfully guided his firm through the mortgage crisis of the early 2000s and the challenges posed by the COVID crisis.
Beyond his role as a firm owner, Kip has been an influential force within the legal community. His contributions to the USFN, including positions as a committee member, director, secretary, vice president and president, highlight his commitment to shaping industry standards. He remains actively engaged in and spearheads numerous strategic planning sessions, and financial projects, including budgeting and finance, and governance initiatives.
