Are there really enough hours in the day to do what we have to do?
Between work, household chores, family (especially kids), grocery shopping and so on, there just never seems to be enough time.
The truth is there is enough time, it’s just a matter of what we can do to maximize that time.
The key to that is outsourcing in your home and firm.
Outsourcing in Your Firm
Outsourcing in Your Home
You may have a hard time with the idea of spending money on these things, but if you think about it, it pays off. It frees up a lot of your time, so you have more time with your family, more downtime and a clearer head for work so you’re more productive.
You can also outsource when it comes to your kids, just don’t outsource your parenting.
Example: You don’t have to be the one cooking dinner. You can have someone else do that, so that you can sit down to eat with your kids.
Making Room for Yourself
Having downtime and taking care of yourself is so important. How can you take care of others when you don’t take care of yourself?
You need to make sure that you have enough time to be healthy and to have some downtime everyday.
Without the proper downtime, you’ll get worn down and it will affect your family and your work.
